Dear Township of Franklin School Community,
As you are aware, there have been ongoing Board of Education discussions with Franklin, Elk and Newfield in regards to regionalizing into one Pre-K to 12 school district. The districts (through a grant) hired the Rowan Regionalization Institute to complete a feasibility study. Below you will find a link to the completed study, along with a two-page regionalization summary and a community letter. Please note the attached study highlights data with Newfield remaining a send-receive district. There will be a public Regionalization Community Forum held on September 30, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the Delsea Regional High School Auditorium. We encourage all community members to review the regionalization information and plan to attend the community forum.
